Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
2. Customized Items:
As custom orders are personalized for individual customers, they are not subject to the standard UK return policy regulations.
